The Colombian Los Cauchos decaf coffee bean is not like any decaf we’ve tried, it’s actually, truly delicious. This naturally decaffeinated bean is something different, something awesome. Grown on mineral rich volcanic soil the coffee is cholk-full of lush flavours. The caffeine is removed in this coffee using a natural compound that is derived from sugar cane called ethyl acetate. Ethyl acetate is a very common compound that is in things like wine and green coffee. This natural method of decaffeination allows for a cup untarnished by harsh chemicals.
